The Village of Kincaid offers a variety of convenient payment options for our residents. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Online Bill Pay
We are excited to offer our customers the option to pay their bill online through our provider, PayStar. You may pay your bill 24/7. You may use a Debit Card or Credit Card. We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover. Just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button located above and to the right or at the bottom of this page to get started. Have your account number handy and follow the prompts. We are also excited to let you know that we now have another option for you to pay for your water meter deposit, golf cart sticker, boat sticker and more. Using the same forms of payment as before, but you will need to click the miscellaneous bill tab to pay that way.

Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment Drop-Off Box
You may pay your bill by placing it into our drop off box next to the door at the Village Hall. We accept check or money orders.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
