LETS GO CRUISING!!!

  Don't forget this weekend is the last Saturday that the Village Hall will be open to do Golf Cart inspections and get your Golf Cart sticker.  We will open this Saturday, April 27th from 8:00- 12:00 pm.  You will need to bring a photo ID and your insurance information.  If you are a disabled vet, please bring your letter showing this information, or your card.  The price per sticker is $50.00, unless you are a disabled vet, then it is free.  No cash will be accepted, so please bring, check, money order, or you can pay with debit/credit card.   If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our office @ 217-237-4713.  Remember your stickers expire at the end of this month!

Kincaid Lake/RV Campground

The Village now has a link on our page, which will take you to a different website for the Kincaid Lake/RV Campground.   If you go to the community tab on our website and scroll down to Kincaid Lake, you will click that tab and then scroll down the page, you will see the link that takes you to Kincaid Lake/RV Campground.  The website has several different options that showcase the Kincaid Lake and RV Campground.  Click on the RV Campground tab at the top right and then scroll down until you see the calendar.  You will be able to see which dates are available.  There is also the option to make your payment.  For more information or any questions, please contact the Village of Kincaid @ 217-237-4713 or Mark Wolfe @ 217-827-5543.

Lake Lots/Boat Stickers/Golf Carts

The Village will be available for two Saturdays to collect Lake Lot payments, Inspect Golf Carts/Side-by-Sides, and issue Boat Stickers.  The first Saturday will essentially be for Lake Lot payments.  These are due before the 1st of April.  On Saturday March 30th, we will be open from 8am-12pm to collect your payments.  We will also be available to inspect Golf Carts/Side-by-Sides,  and issue boat stickers.  Remember Golf Cart stickers went up to $50, but if you are a disabled veteran and have your information with you, then there will be no charge.  You must bring your ID and proof of insurance to obtain a Golf Cart Sticker/Side-by-Side. The boat stickers are still $25 this year.

Watercraft

Please be advised that you are not allowed to use any type of watercraft out on the Kemmerling Lake at Pete Becchelli Memorial Park.  This also includes Kayak's.  There are signs posted out at the park.  If you have any questions, please call our office @ 217-237-4713.

Autopay

So our online portal to make your payments, now has new feature of autopay.  You will have to register with an email address and your account number.  Please call our office and speak to the clerk to help you get this feature set up.  You are not required to do this, but we have had several people reach out to us and ask if we would be getting an autopay feature done.  It is not hard to do, as long as you know how to log in with your account number.  We are always willing to help you out with anything, so please don't hesitate to call us.

Camping

Spring is just around the corner and we don't want people to forget that the Lake Lot and camping area will be opening soon!  With more amenities now out at the Lake, why not take advantage of booking a spot for spring and summer.  Lake Lot payments will be due in April.  Also we now have 10 RV spots open for your camping adventure!  The price per night to camp is $35/a night.  We are also allowing Golf Cart's out at the lake, but you will still have to come by and get your sticker to be able to use it!  Sticker's are due in April as well and the price is $50 now.  You will have to show proof of insurance, ID and then it will have to be inspected.  You can call our office to acquire more information @ 217-237-4713.  Hurry and reserve your spot today!

Boat Stickers

We now have the new 2024 Boat stickers available for purchase up at the village hall.  The new stickers have both a sticker for the boat and one for the trailer.  The fee is stilll $25 for the sticker.  If you have any questions, please call our office @ 217-237-4713.

CTI

Attention Residents of Kincaid and Bulpitt.  CTI is now live and running on the North side of the town.  If you have not already signed up for services, now is the time to do so.  You can go to ctitech.com to sign up or you can call their office @ 217-824-6398.  The potential date for CTI to be on the southside of town, looks to be around March or April of next year.  If you have any questions, please call our office @ 217-237-4713.

House Numbers

Attention Residents of Kincaid and surrounding areas.  It has been brought to our attention that some residents do not have a house number displayed on the outside of their home.  This makes it hard for workers, police officers and fire department to find your home.  Please make sure that you have your house number displayed properly, so that it can be seen from the street.

Leaf/Debris pickup

11/21/2023

Attention resident's of kincaid.  Every third monday, is pick up day.  If you are putting your leaves in plastic bags and not paper bags, they will not be picking them up anymore.  Your leaves will need to be in paper bags for the workers to pick up.  This is an issue, when it comes to burning them.  If you have any questions, please contact our office @ 217-237-4713.
